General Informations for Commissions

​

• By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service and also accept the term of no refunds after the payment.

• You are only purchasing my services and digital art. Not physical printed art or traditional art.

• If you'd like to buy my Prints, visit my InPrint Website!

• Please keep in mind that my drawing style keeps evolving, which means my art can have slight differences from artwork to artwork.

• Sometimes I will adapt the colors to make them fit my style. Your character will still be recognizable. If you want me to stick with the exact colors then please note it on the commission request form.

• Do not complain about my prices. Everyone is free to price their art the way they think it's worth and feel motivated to work for.

• If you request the commission to be private (I will not upload it anywhere online) then the price will be higher than the regular price. This is because I miss a chance to show my current skills for potential future clients.

General Informations for auction Adoptables

​

• I do Payment through PayPal INVOICE only!

• Auction ends 24 hours after the last bid.

• IGNORE any suspicious messages/QRT of profiles that look like mine and have SIMILAR handle like mine which claim the auction ends early and ask for payment trough friends and family!

• I will contact the winner after the Auction ends. The winner must contact me back within 24 hours once the auction is over otherwise I will see it as unwanted/false bid and move onto the runner up.

• I will send you an PayPal Invoice payment E-mail and you will have 24 h for the payment, unless otherwise stated.

• Only bid if you're certain you want the Adoptable and can afford to pay the amount in full and upfront. I do not accept refunds after the payment.

• After the payment is done, I will send you the files of the Adoptable via a Google Drive link. You will receive the High-resolution  unwatermarked Artwork, Sketch, Linework and Full Time-Lapse of the Adoptable.

Permissions and Copyrights

​​

• I reserve the rights to decline your commission. For example if I don't feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

• I have the right to increase the price if you have a very detailed character or want a detailed drawing.

• I have full rights to my artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example; Post it to my websites such as Instagram or Twitter. Or present it in future art books/ Portfolios etc. But always with proper credit to you! 

• The commissioner is never permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. All artworks are PERSONAL use only. If you want an artwork for commercial use, there is a fee (varies). Please state so at the beginning of the commission. 

• You can use your commission for banners, graphics, personal prints, desktop wallpapers etc., but you cannot use it for any profit. This means my art should not appear on any product that is sold. 

• You may re-post an image from me with proper credit and do not claim it as your art! 

• If it´s your own character you commissioned, you can claim the character and its design as yours, but not the art.

How to Order

• To claim a commission, fill the Commission Request Form below and send it to me on my my E-Mail: Shirogahara@gmail.com

• Or you can also contact me trough my Socials on Twitter or Instagram.

• Completed forms are considered first. Please make sure to note me the form, then we can always discuss about additional details.

• References must be clear and full in color. Description only and black and white references are declined immediately. Pictures such as photos or screenshots from game characters are OK however, the result will look like my art style.

Username: Your name/username which you use in social medias. (This name will be in the credits of your commission. If you wish to stay anonymous please let me know).
Commission Type: Headshot, Half Body, Full Body, Reference Sheet
Character Name:
Character Reference: Please provide proper references of the character. Pictures were I can clearly see the colors!
Description/Preferences:
Pose, Expression: Images examples? Text description is also ok!
Background: None, Simple or Detailed, description of background? Examples?
Payment: Your e-mail which you use for PayPal payment
Commission details: This may include any supporting references images, thumbnail sketches, examples, etc.

• I will reply to tell you:

• If I accepted the order or not.

• If i accept, I will tell you the price of your order (depending on the details and what you ordered).

• Tell you if I can start right away or if you need to wait due other commissions which came before yours.

• In that case you will be set on the Commission Queue.

• I will note you as soon I finished the commissions which came before yours and inform you that I am ready to start your commission and send you the invoice.

 

Payment

• I accept USD via invoice on PayPal.

• If you wish to tip, you can include it while you pay the invoice. Thank you in advance!

• I will contact you before starting the commission. I will send you an PayPal payment link and you will have 24 hours for the payment, unless otherwise stated. If after 24h the payment has not been received, you will be set back on the waiting list.

• If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the money. You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges.

• If you repeatedly commission me but in the end ALWAYS FAIL TO PAY, I will consider you a time-waster and blacklist you.

• Commissions must be paid up front in full before I begin.

Communication

​​

• Keep in mind that English is not my first language. 

• I set value on mutual respect and polite manner. Abusive behavior will result in a warning, if the same behavior persists it will result with immediate cancellation of your commission and you will get blacklisted.

• Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately canceled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed already.

Work Progress 

​​

• After the payment, I will start working on your commission. I will show you the rough sketch of the pose and expression as soon as it´s done. At this stage, you can wish any changes. Then I will continue with refining, adding clothes and details. I do my best to capture the character's personality and look but sometimes I do make mistakes, especially if it wasn't clear from the order.

• After the sketch is set, I will make the clear linework and add base colors and send it to you for other feedbacks.

• Sometimes I will upload a WIP on Twitter and Instagram story.

• I will note you as soon the commission is done or any other questions comes up.

• I will send you a bigger resolution of picture than the one which will be uploaded online. But my watermark will remain on it!

Changes In Your Commission

​

• Once the drawing is finished I can still do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. 

• I will only make changes to the final piece if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).

• If it's a change you want and I did not have clear, obvious information when you ordered the art, I will not make the changes unless additional fees are paid (exact amount to be determined, depending on the scale of the change). 

• Any great changes will come with an extra charge such as poses, outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. 

• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I will not redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.

• If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Work Speed

 

• Please don´t rush me. I want to work with motivation on my art so you can get the best quality.

• After you paid your commission. I start with the sketch as soon I can go back to my computer. I always try to finish your commissions as fast as I can. It normally it won´t take longer than 1-2 Weeks.

• I'll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
